Well ya see its like this, I was doing a big maintenance cleanup of my Hard Drive when this guy jumped out at me waving this great big knoif, like the one Crocodoyle Dundee 'ad, and said to me, "hey you, hand me over yer Multimedia Audio Controller", So what cud I do, there I was, sitting on the back step, with nuttin on but my TV, and I lost it.
My audio controller is gone, went, kerplunk, dodos ville daddyoh.
I cant hear anything, can't chat on TS, nuttin hunny.

So please, if youse got a spare Multimedia Audio Controller file / driver / putter or anything that will get me going again, I wood appreciate.

And even if you can give me a url, (thats pronounced Earl), have tried to google with no success.
Thank Y'all

Oh yeah, and its not really me, Zulu that is, its for my Uh well Uh Uh friend you see, who is off in the wars fighting the redcoats.

Which reminds me, anyone watching John Adams tv series on right now, about the American Revolution, great isnt it. 5 stars

General
Its tempting NOT to help you ...... Peace and quite on TS at last.

You can try to reinstall the driver .... which should still be in the driver cache.

Control Panel ... System ....... Hardware ..... Device Manger

then right click on the "Item" ... which will be inside Sound, video and game controllers.

right click on the item and select update driver .. then install from a list or specific location (Advanced) ... click next

Select Don't search, I will choose the driver to install .... click next

uncheck Show compatible hardware

Hopefully your driver will be in these lists.

If not ...... let me know the Make and Model and I can download the latest for you.
