Major
Way to go Oane, we've watched you grow into a man ! I was never in the service, but grew up in it. My only advice is to keep your head down and never volunteer for anything. Good luck brother You Rock Sign Metal Slug Soldier Metal Slug Good Guy

Sergeant
I guess you should be very thankful that it's going to be a"short" tour. Anyone can do six months on their head. Keep your third eye open - situational awareness - Great leaders are borne from faithful followers. Nothing wrong with volunteering. Remember that you are a guest in a host Nation and your actions represent your countrymen. Be proud. We will pray for your safe return. Whuuuuup!

General
Take care over there .....

It doesnt harm to volunteer but REMEMBER to give others the chance to do it first.
