Sergeant
Hi Hitman

You have listed a load of symptoms.

lets break them down.

1. 40 years old pain in my chest...(heart area)...

2. Smokes 30 to 40 Cigaretts

3. Blacking Out.

4. Shakes

5. Flashes. (white dots?)

6. Pain Breathing.

7. Pain worse on deep breath.

The 1st thing I have to do is advise you to seek medical attention immediately for your symptoms.

I would recommend: blood test, chest x-ray, The Blood test and chest x-ray will remove some serious concerns of the symptoms.
after your trip to Emergency Room or Hospital we will have more information to work with.

Get a Cholesterol profile with Liver Function Have them check your Sugar as well and get a base line psa # If you don't like to go to the Doctor we should get as much done in one trip as we can.
They will automatically check you for a Heart problem and a lung problem.

Chest Pain

New onset chest pain always requires evaluation by your doctor.

If the pain is severe, you should seek immediate medical care.

Even if the chest pain is not severe, emergency care is needed if the chest pain is crushing or squeezing or is accompanied by one or more of the following symptoms

shortness of breath

discomfort or tingling in the arms, especially the left arm

pain in the back

tightness or pain in the lower jaw

profuse sweating

lightheadedness or loss of consciousness.

General
Hitman:

When it comes to your Health ..... You cant afford to be stubborn.

You should always go to the Doctor, Especially for these:
    Pain in chest.
Pain Breathing (worse on deep breath).
    Blacking Out.
    Shakes.
    Flashes.

Quite honestly Hitman ...... with these symtons you need to go and see your Doctor as soon as possible ....... as with most "Illnesses" .... the sooner a Professional diagnoses them ..... the Greater the possibility of a Cure.

At the end of the day ...... you have nothing to lose (It is the National Health) ....... and you will only be wasting the GP's time ... if it turns out just to be WIND.

Also ....... Try this to combat your stubborness :

Ask yourself ............ Do you want to be around for your "New Baby's" 18th Birthday Party.
