Serves 4

Stir-Fried Shrimp with Green Beans
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 10 min.

* 1 Tbs. vegetable oil
* 1 clove garlic, minced
* 1 lb. medium shrimp, peeled and deveined, thawed if frozen
* 11 ounces canned green beans, drained
* 1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. soy sauce
* 2/3 cup instant rice

Heat a wok or heavy nonstick skillet over high heat. Add oil. Add all ingredients, except rice. Season with pepper to taste. Stir-fry 2-3 minutes, or until shrimp are pink and cooked through. Prepare rice according to package directions. Serve shrimp over rice.

Per serving: calories 226, fat 5.5g, 22% calories from fat, cholesterol 172mg, protein 25.3g, carbohydrates 17.7g, fiber 1.5g, sugar 1.2g, sodium 524mg, diet points 5.2.

The recommended wines are: Chablis, Chenin Blanc, or White Zinfandel.

Pineapple-Glazed Carrots
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 10 min.

* 1-1/2 lbs. carrots, peeled and cut into 1/4 inch slices
* 1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple chunks, drained and juice reserved
* 2 tsp. unsalted butter
* 2 tsp. lemon juice
* 2 tsp. cornstarch

Place carrots in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover saucepan and steam 6-7 minutes, or until almost tender. Drain carrots and return to saucepan. Combine pineapple, butter, lemon juice and salt to taste in a bowl. Add to carrots. Stir and simmer over low heat until mixture is heated throughout. Mix cornstarch with 1/4 cup reserved pineapple juice. Add juice to carrots and stir constantly until mixture thickens. Serve chilled if desired.

Per serving: calories 93, fat 2.2g, 20% calories from fat, cholesterol 5mg, protein 2.1g, carbohydrates 17.9g, fiber 6.2g, sugar 9.9g, sodium 101mg, diet points 1.3.

Jenna's Orange Pull Aparts
Prep: 10 min, Cook: 20 min, plus rising time.

* 1 orange, peel grated, 2 Tbs. juice reserved
* 1/2 cup granulated sugar
* 14 fat free white rolls, thawed and cut in half
* 1/4 cup plus 1 Tbs. unsalted butter, melted
* 1 cup powdered sugar

Combine grated orange peel and granulated sugar in a bowl. Dip thawed rolls in 1/4 cup melted butter and coat heavily with sugar mixture. Place in a greased deep 12 inch pizza pan. Drizzle with butter and sprinkle with sugar mixture. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise 1-1/2 to 2 hours or until doubled in size. Remove plastic wrap. Preheat oven to 350F. Bake 25 minutes. Remove from pan and place on rack. Make citrus glaze by mixing together powdered sugar, 1 Tbs. melted butter and reserved juice. Glaze rolls while still warm.

This recipe serves 12 people. Due to the nature of this recipe, it adjusts the number of servings in multiples of 12 only.

Per serving: calories 217, fat 7.2g, 29% calories from fat, cholesterol 13mg, protein 2.9g, carbohydrates 36.1g, fiber 1.2g, sugar 19.0g, sodium 171mg, diet points 5.2.

well cheese tryed a few of your recipes and there wernt as good as there sound...(only kiding..)
(only cause wife was watching...told her i cant cook WONT cook...)

but any thing to do with sea food i love ...

tryed it but added few xtra ingredients.....

much to wifes liking...she want me to cook every week end now...

told her shes banned off cheeseballs recipes...lol.....

but more sea food recipes ...

im a fisherman spare time and all my fish are fresh from ocean...

im a trawlamen.....fish from bottom of ocean...

prawns ...scampi...crab... fish..lobster...we catch it...

well done cheese...
