Oh my, the winters answer to bb'q

Pork Barbecue
Yield: 10 to 12 servings

1 (2 1/2- to 3-pound) well-trimmed boneless pork butt (shoulder)

1/2 medium onion, minced

1 cup ketchup

1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar

2 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard

1/4 teaspoon chili powder

1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

3/4 teaspoon cider vinegar

1/4 teaspoon ground red (cayenne) pepper

Cut pork into large chunks. Place in a 4-quart or larger slow cooker. Combine
onion, ketchup, sugar, mustard, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar and
pepper; mix well. Pour over meat.

Cover; cook on low for 8 hours. Remove pork from cooker. Shred pork. Skim fat
from sauce. Return pork to cooker; mix well with sauce. Serve immediately.

Per serving: 216 calories; 12g fat (49 percent calories from fat);
4g saturated fat; 67mg cholesterol; 20g protein; 7g carbohydrate; no fiber;
346mg sodium.

Try it, the other white meat. OH BABY!!!!

Cheese

Serve on any kind of bread or whatever. it's great!!!!!!!
