Hello Members and Guests,
since i am a member of RP i learned here, if you joining a server, a Welcome or Hello is very appreciated. Also it was polite to say Sorry in case of FF, thx for med etc and get comments on serios query.
edit: I talk not about to write screeds...:edit
Over the years i notice this behavior is becoming less and less so maybe the community rules are changed to different behavior.
In my case i do it just i learned and i appreciate it if i am in a server.
I feel very uncomfortable when somebody join without any word, play some time and left server...
Whats your opinion about that? |
I got every day new friends...ummm whats your name? |

I know i am one of the worst for not saying it. Just get to caught up in the game and trying to stay alive. it is tuff in a fire fight to find a safe place to talk. I should get better at just get to focused on the game. Alos in my defense i can't type for $%&$%&. |

WildBill, I feel the same way. My feeling is, it's just common courtsey to acknowlage a fellow player. Thanking someone for a med goes with out saying.

I agree with Cally on this... courtesy costs nothing but a few moments and is generally well worth the price. Trying to eat pumpkin pie while shooting BG's is no excuse for rudeness.
Courtesy is also one the main things this squad was founded on, so you are right to be concerned. Just remember to not let someone else's manners affect your own. |

AGREED!
I make it a point to say "HOWDY" and usually "Goodnight" but sometimes I have to leave immediately and/or have occasional Power Outages, too.
But, all in all: AGREED!

Hey Bill, I agree with you. I've noticed the diminished manners also.
I will still send welcomes, hellos and tys for meds. It's the neighborly thing to do.
