Went to the Roughnecks site and I am downloading now to try. Gives
very specific directions for downloading. Try it if you like, I am.

Looks like fun. They do have a server up for it.

O.K., here is the poop.
If you want to download, Copy, update,download, stick it in that file,
update again, then go. If Vista do the service pack XP2, run as Admin.
The statement on the intro screen reads, The Way it's supposed to be
played."
Looks the same as regular DFX just different maps. Not a whole lot of
weapons, just different missions.
There ya have it, I just played a map.
