Removed waterworld from map rotation in ICE.
Missing important items in map since the update.

Thanks Roadrage ...... I will also remove it from the server ..... untill the author updates the Map.
Although, with the limited amount of maps available ..... I hate to do this. |

| Ive noticed on a couple of maps that ladders and walkways are missing. As I come across them again I'll post their names. |
