Smokey Blue Dip

Yield: about 3 cups

2 cups sour cream 1 cups crumbled blue cheese
cup mayonnaise teaspoon freshly ground black
2 green onions (white and tender pepper
green parts), chopped 4 shakes Tabasco sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 6 strips bacon, cooked until crisp
drained on paper towels and
crumbled

In a medium bowl, stir together sour cream, mayonnaise, green onions,
Worcestershire, blue cheese, black pepper and Tabasco until blended.
Cover; refrigerate for at least 4 hours or up to 2 days to let flavors
blend.

Before serving, taste for seasonings and adjust as desired, then sprinkle
with bacon.

Per tablespoon: 55 calories; 5g fat (82 percent calories from fat); 2.5g
saturated fat; 9mg cholesterol; 1.5g protein; 1g carbohydrate; no sugar;
no fiber; 98mg sodium; 34mg potassium

Variation: Substitute Chipolte Tabasco sauce for the regular Tabasco.
