Yield: 20 to 24 sausages; 4 servings
1 pound ground beef
3/4 teaspoon salt or to taste
3/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper or to taste
1 teaspoon garlic powder or to taste
1/2 cup Radenska or other carbonated mineral water or club soda
With your hands, combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, taking care
that the water and seasonings are evenly distributed throughout the meat.
Gather a golf-ball-size amount of the mixture; with your hands, roll it into a
