Post subject: Fish and mercury

If you're pregnant, nursing or feeding young children, you may be concerned about mercury levels in the fish you're serving.

Salmon, herring, Atlantic mackerel and sardines are low in mercury, according to the Food and Drug Administration.

For more information, search the FDA's Center for Food Safety & Applied Nutrition at www.cfsan.fda.gov.
